Ultra Mobile announced yesterday that they are adding domestic roaming to their rate plans – allowing their customers to T-Mobile’s “partner networks” at no additional cost. The FCC has announced that TracFone Wireless agreed to pay $23.5 million to resolve a FCC investigation into allegations it violated rules for two government programs.
