costs $5.00 per month and allows customers to repair broken screens and cracked glass panels on the rear of a phone for $29. Subscribers are entitled to two repairs over a rolling 12 month period at more than 900 Assurant-authorized repair centers.

- Speedy device replacement: Up to two per rolling 12 months for all other accidental damage claims. Service fee will apply based on device tier.
