Total by Verizon has rebranded to simply “Total Wireless.” Not only is there a new logo (see left) but they have come up with a “custom” shade of teal for in-store lighting:
In addition, they have changed some pricing and customer benefits:
  • The Price is the Price, guaranteed for five-years
  • 10x faster data (they don’t say faster than what…)
  • Free 5G phones
  • $200 Anniversary Credit towards any 5G phone
  • Fourth line at no additional cost

At this time, we are researching who is paying the cost of the store signage and lighting. We will update this story when we know more.

**Update 07/15/24 09:45**

We’re still working on who’s paying for the instore lighting, but David Kim (CRO of Verizon Value) told us the following. More details to come

Our dealers are the cornerstone of our business at Total Wireless. They’re the reason we’ve had success at the community level and will be the reason we can continue to grow and thrive. We feel strongly about setting our dealers up for success and are excited to partner with them to grow our footprint nationwide and spotlight a brand that, we feel, is the best value in wireless.

**Update 07/12/24 06:00**

We have heard from a Total Master Agent that dealers that have the “new” (now old) TbV signs will have them replaced at Verizon’s expense. In addition, many of the new dealers only had soft-signs/banners, which will be updated to hard signs once the new signs are available. The cost of the in-store lighting is still unknown at this time.
