According to an article in PrePaid Phone News (link below), the highly anticipated T-Mobile and Sprint merger is on hold (again) as the FCC announced another pause to the review stage. According to an article in PrePaid Phone News (link below), after April 30, 2019,  users with 3G devices will no longer be able to activate them on the Sprint networks, including all Sprint MVNOs. According to an article in Law 360 (link below), a Florida man has initiated a class action lawsuit against Tracfone Wireless,  accusing the company of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending spam advertising texts using an autodialer.
