Total by Verizon - NWIDA As seen in BestMVNO.com, and as reported by us and Wave7 Research, Total Wireless is about to become Total by Verizon.

Walmart’s Total Wireless webpage has been updated to add “get ready for something big,” and “find new horizons in September 2022, keep the plans and coverage you already love, and more.”

BestMVNO has also found a hidden website – a testing site – for the new brand: https://sit1.totalbyverizon.com. The test site shows the new branding and new plans – which are closer to Verizon Prepaid than the old Total Wireless.

Plan Info

Plans will start at $30/month with 5GB of high-speed data. They will (apparently) offer a $40 plan with 15GB of high-speed data.

There will also be two unlimited high-speed data plans. One is $50/month and comes with a 6-month free Disney+ subscription. The “premium version” will be $60/month and comes with a free Disney+ subscription that is a trial subscription.

All plans include mobile hotspot usage.

The $30 and $40 plans include unlimited talk and text to Canada and Mexico. The basic unlimited plan allows for unlimited talk and text to 5 countries of the customer’s choosing. The “premium” unlimited includes unlimited talk and text to 69 countries. It also includes 5G Ultra-Wideband network access. All other plans only include 4G LTE and 5G Nationwide network access. There is a 5% auto-refill discount available with all plans.

Total by Verizon‘s plans will also have “family plans” (ie multi-line discounts.) Customers will be able to add two or more lines to their accounts at a cost of $35/line – if the original line is on a $40 or higher plan. Customers can mix and match plans and still get the discount. An international roaming benefit is also available to customers who purchase two or more lines on a plan priced at $40 or higher.

• For an additional $10, you can add discounted international calling with rates starting at 1¢ per minute. • Customers can also purchase 5GB of high-speed data for $10.

Total by Verizon will also continue to have a customer rewards program. The rewards can be used to get discounts on future purchases. For example, the 5GB data add-on, or the discounted international rates will be available to purchase with 1,000 reward points.

Distribution

Total by Verizon will be available for purchase at national retailers, including CVS pharmacies and exclusive dealers/Total by Verizon stores. There is a store locator available on the Total by Verizon website.
