The class action lawsuit between dealers (attorney Hermina Law Group) and T-Mobile (and Master Dealer Arch Telecom) will continue. Mediation failed between the two parties as they were unable to come to a settlement agreement – according to a US District Judge.
T-Mobile has now asked for it’s motion to dismiss, while the dealers have asked for full discovery.
The suit is asking for $100 million in compensatory damages and an additional $1 Billion in punitive damages.
