Is it possible? Can you really get SPRINT service after August 2nd?

There are reports that Best Buy may be granted permission to keep selling Sprint under the Sprint brand after August 2nd.
Existing Sprint customers will reportedly continue to be allowed to add new lines and upgrades in Best Buy stores after August 2 without making substantial changes to their accounts. AND Best Buy will be allowed to sign up new business from folks who are currently not subscribed to the dying CDMA network.
Of course, you’ll see the new “Sprint now part of T-Mobile” logo and signage, and the legacy Sprint plans may not be available, but it is possible that big Yellow may have been given a limited death-row extension – for now.
