We rececived a copy of an email from Shawn Anderson, Director of Sales & Distribution at Sprint. In it, Shawn reveals the following:

Boost has made a decision to temporarily assign the field team into a remote assignment role:

  • Although you may not see your AE’s and or ISMs in your stores physically, you can expect them to be in constant communication with you and your teams. We are working today to ensure our teams have appropriate means to stay in touch with your teams.

  • Our teams will be working on developing growth & performance strategies for their individual territories. This may require some collaboration with you via Skype meetings and or conference calls. This of course will be on an as needed basis and respectful of your availability.

  • If your stores need any collateral, merch items please don’t hesitate to contact your AE/ISM.

  • In the event you have to alter operating hours, please use the attached templates to notify customer of the change. Please also let your AE/ISM know of such changes to we can appropriately record potential impact.

It also including some housekeeping items like not keeping valuables out, and removing sharp objects from the POS areas

Boom Mobile Files for Bankruptcy

  Boom! Mobile has filed for bankruptcy chapter 11. In addition, Boom has discontinued offering their “red” service and their offering of “purple” is currently under review.
