As we noted the other day (see here), NWIDA has written to every US Senator, the President and Vice President of the United States and the House Majority and Minority Leaders.
Today, we’ve extended that reach to Ambassador Katherine Tai, the US Trade Representative (USTR). Ambassador Tai was appointed to her position in 2021 by President Biden.
Ms. Tai was recently in the news for upholding an ITC ruling that Apple violated patents on the Apple Watch – a ruling that could result in an import ban on the watch (according to a recent story – link below)
