NWIDA today sent a letter to Dish regarding the recently announced policy of fining dealers that did not conform to the corporate set of operating hours.
While we understand the reasoning behind the decision, we feel the fines are excessive and that there can be a mutually beneficial solution to the current challenges.
We look forward to working with Dish (who is a NWIDA member) on this to come to a better solution.
