T-Mobile has recently enacted a policy that cuts indirect dealer stores out of T-Mobile Tuesday promotions. Dealers were not given a chance to “opt-out” – they were cut out by T-Mobile. In addition, Dealer goals have been raised while compensation has been lowered. It certainly seems they are actively trying to drive the dealers out of business. Read more…

NWIDA today sent a letter to Dish regarding the recently announced policy of fining dealers that did not conform to the corporate set of operating hours.  While we understand the reasoning behind the decision, we feel the fines are excessive and that there can be a mutually beneficial solution to the current challenges. Earlier today, NWIDA – on behalf of our independent dealers – wrote (and emailed) each Assistant Attorney General at the DoJ. NWIDA is concerned about the dealer network for Ultra if and when the Ka’ena/T-Mobile merger goes through.
