T-Mobile has recently enacted a policy that cuts indirect dealer stores out of T-Mobile Tuesday promotions. Dealers were not given a chance to “opt-out” – they were cut out by T-Mobile. In addition, Dealer goals have been raised while compensation has been lowered. It certainly seems they are actively trying to drive the dealers out of business. Read more…
NWIDA today sent a letter to Dish regarding the recently announced policy of fining dealers that did not conform to the corporate set of operating hours. Earlier today, NWIDA – on behalf of our independent dealers – wrote (and emailed) each Assistant Attorney General at the DoJ. NWIDA is concerned about the dealer network for Ultra if and when the Ka’ena/T-Mobile merger goes through.
