Earlier today, NWIDA – on behalf of our independent dealers – wrote (and emailed) each Assistant Attorney General at the DoJ. NWIDA is concerned about the dealer network for Ultra if and when the Ka’ena/T-Mobile merger goes through.
We have asked that they ensure the dealer network remains in place when the merger goes through.
