We recently saw an ad on Facebook (see below) asking if you’ve “recently replaced your Samsung phone or tablet battery/screen” at Batteries Plus.
It’s from a legal firm claiming that Batteries Plus “tells customers they are an authorized Samsung repair center and use only genuine Samsung parts… However, investigations have shown that many of the parts they use are not genuine Samsung parts but lower quality parts that don’t last as long.”
The link takes you to a brief survey about your experience with your phone or battery replacement.
It certainly seems that this law firm is gathering information for a potential class-action lawsuit.
