As we posted yesterday, the Sprint merger lawsuit has been decided. Judge Marrero ruled the transaction “is not reasonably likely to substantially lessen competition”. Spectrum Mobile passed 1 million subscribers, and Charter Communications CEO Tom Rutledge said that they plan to offer 5G service by the end of March. While Sprint awaits their merger fate, they recently released their quarterly earnings.
