NWIDA has learned that Boost will begin fining dealers if they do not adhere to required operating hours.
As shown in the image above, dealers who are not open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 – 7:00 and Sunday from 12:00 – 5:00 will be fined up to $250.00 per day – starting May 1.
Boost has confirmed to NWIDA that exceptions can be made if communicated with Boost in advance, and of course any local laws would take precedence.
