The Trump administration has delayed the tariff on cell phones and other items. It also narrowed the list of Chinese products it plans to impose new tariffs, including laptop computers, toys and other goods and it announced exclusions for other products for reasons of health, safety and national security.
The tariffs on the list above is being delayed until Dec. 15, giving retailers time to import the rush of products they need for the back-to-school and holiday shopping seasons.
