According to an exclusive report in the Wall Street Journal, Charlie Ergen – Chairman of Echostar/Boost has purchased a controlling interest in MobileX via an SPAC – which means MobileX could become a publicly traded company.  The valuation is around $200 million. Verizon Sells Corporate Stores to Dealers

Verizon is selling 274 company-owned retail stores and cutting about 500 corporate jobs as part of its current restructuring.
