Spectrum Mobile passed 1 million subscribers, and Charter Communications CEO Tom Rutledge said that they plan to offer 5G service by the end of March.
Rutledge didn’t offer any details other than to say 5G would be made available in the current quarter. The MVNO provides its mobile service through Verizon. .
Spectrum Mobile added 288,000 subscribers in Q4 2019, breaking the million subscriber count 18 months after its launch in June 2018.
CFO Chris Winfrey added the company will likely participate in the auction of 3.5GHz spectrum in June.
