Once again, NWIDA shows why we’re the only Trade AND Advocacy Association for the wireless shop.
Recently, the FCC’ posted a Public Notice, seeking comment on the 2026 Communications Marketplace Report. This provides the type of advocacy opportunity that NWIDA does for the dealer and wireless repair shop community.
The Commission is explicitly requesting input on exactly the issues affecting independent wireless retailers:
• Barriers to small business entry and competitive expansion
• Marketplace practices that hinder competition
• Effects of carrier consolidation
• Regulatory burdens on entrepreneurs
We will be filing a formal comment to the FCC and made our Executive Summary and the actual comment filed response available to the wireless community.
