As we’ve mentioned before (see here and here) the (now) Verizon owned Tracfone and it’s multiple brands have begun the move off non-big-red networks. We’ve said from the first day that “job 1” was for Verizon to stop paying AT&T and T-Mobile for what’s now their customers.
We caught the following on an industry Facebook post. It’s a screen shot of a message received by a Net10 user – which says:
Service Msg: We will soon interrupt an outgoing call (excluding calls to 911) to make you aware that you can move your NET10 service to our Verizon network and be provided a FREE SIM along with a FREE month of service. The terms and conditions of your service will remain the same. If you would like to accept this offer now…
