As posted on Reddit, and confirmed by Wave 7 Research, Metro by T-Mobile is available in certain WalMart stores. We’ve heard this may be a push to expand distribution into more rural areas, but historically speaking (generally,) “big box” stores do not service customer issues as well as independently owned stores.
Is this only a push to increase the customer base? Where will these customers go if/when they have issues?
