Legal firm White & Case has filed a lawsuit against Lycamobile over $7.8 million in unpaid legal fees.
White & Case started working with Lyca in 2023, specifically to represent the company in litigation brought against it by T-Mobile. The suit claims that while Lyca has made partial payments, the firm claims that over $510,000 in interest has accrued due to nearly three years of non-payment.
The total outstanding amount includes $7.8 million in fees and over $510,000 in interest, which has accumulated over nearly three years of delayed payments.
