Today, Illinois became the 17th State to Join AG Lawsuit, to stop the Sprint/T-Mobile merger. Over 50% of the population is now in states that are suing to stop the merger.
Illinois joined NY, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington, DC.
The Attorney’s General in these states believe the merger would cause more harm than good, by eliminating the current 4th wireless provider.
