Dish Network has announced the sale of its spectrum and about 120,000 Boost Mobile customers in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands to Liberty Latin America.
Dish has roughly $21 billion in debt and the sale is seen as a way to free up some capital. The price was $256 million.
Dish also reported a loss of 225,000 wireless (Boost) customers in Q3.
