With over 200 MVNOs in the US alone, it’s not hard to miss one (or 10.)
And, with that said, we report the demise of datapass – an MVNO launched in 2018 that offered service on T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon.
According to a report in BestMVNO (link to full story below), Jordan Kennedy, the company’s founder acknowledged its carrier partners and MVNE had too many back-end issues and pricing and plan changes, and some of those issues resulted in subscribers having their service stop working.
As a result, Jordan decided to close datapass down. Their subscribers were able to keep their numbers and transfer over to a new carrier.
