Each repair will be subject to service fees:
• Screen or back glass damage — $29 fee,
• Other accidental damage — $99 fee.
Accidental damage includes physical damage due to unexpected and unintentional events. It does not cover theft (they have a separate Theft and Loss program that allows for 2 claims per calendar year.)
AppleCare+ for the iPhone is priced at $79 for two years or $3.99 monthly.
There is also an unlimited repair program for the iPad, Watch, and Mac.
But, as I’ve said before (and what an MVNO CEO once told me): Unlimited does not mean Unreasonable. What does Apple consider unreasonable? I guess we’ll find out.
