I wanted to hear directly what their plans are for the indirect channel. William was personable, forthright and answered every question. So, here we go:

Telrite already owns a Lifeline company, as well as PureTalk USA – an MVNO which is only distributed on-line.

There are plans to grow the indirect channel and “reinvigorate the brand”, he told me. The H20 HQ in New Jersey will stay (fully staffed) and they will not be making “wholesale changes.”

They view the H20 (and the sub brands that Locus owns) as a great opportunity and they want to grow the brand, provide stability, improve the dealer channel and “grow throughout 2019.”

While the deal isn’t complete (it’s pending regulatory approval) they believe it should be done in the 2nd quarter.

If you have questions about the H20 purchase, please let us know. We will  continue to speak with William and the team at Telrite as the sale progresses.

NWIDA members, contact us today if you need our assistance and if you’re not yet a member, we invite you to join today.
