According to an article on Android Central (link below) some T-Mobile MVNOs are experiencing activation issues – beginning on April 9.
First reported by several users on-line, issues either activating or reactivating a line were experienced on Google Fi, Mint and Republic Wireless.
Mint sent out the following tweet:
