National Wireless Independent Dealer Association

TCetra - NWIDAT-CETRA (and Vidapay) has announced the opening of a new 26,000 square foot warehouse. This will allow for enhanced inventory flow, supporting both existing VIDAPAY Marketplace and new enterprise customers across multiple verticals.

“The VIDAPAY Marketplace, our one-stop-wholesale shop for our retail network, has demonstrated consistent year-over-year growth. Our new warehouse is the result of that incredible growth. We are now able to streamline our product procurement and deliver exactly what the customer needs with transparency,”

says Christy Peterson, Vice President of Logistics and Supply Chain.

“But beyond that, we are now able to serve new enterprise customers by handling their logistics and warehouse needs. By becoming their trusted third-party logistics partner, we allow them to concentrate on what they do best.”

With more space in the new facility, T-CETRA Logistics can guarantee increased efficiency in the movement of products in and out of the warehouse.  Leaning on its robust infrastructure, they will have the ability to give new enterprise customers the capability to outsource all aspects of fulfillment including receiving, storage, kitting, serial management, warehousing, and returns for customers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This will lower their distribution costs and increase their customer satisfaction.

Along with the new warehouse, T-CETRA is integrating a new enterprise resource planning software to ensure accuracy in each of its customers’ orders. This new software program will enhance every customer’s experience regardless of order amount or destination.

The new climate-controlled warehouse is located at 5162 Blazer Parkway, just minutes from the T-CETRA home office
