According to Wave7 research, Cricket dealer Sun Com has purchased Optimal Wireless. 

According to the Sun Com Mobile LinkedIn post: 

“We are proud to announce that Sun Com Mobile is now the largest Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer!” 

The post says Sun Com now has over 600 locations nationwide.

The acquisition was also noted in a LinkedIn post from Optimal Wireless CEO Donald Vance,

Vance wrote that Optimal Wireless had stores in 18 states and 1K+ employees.

Dish Files for Bankruptcy
