In a complaint filed with the US International Trade Commission, as well as letters filed to the FTC, Samsung is looking to ban all aftermarket displays claiming:

… Complainant seeks a general exclusion order barring importation of certain active matrix organic light-emitting diode display panels and modules that are used as replacement displays, and components thereof, that infringe one or more claims of the Asserted Patents as defined in the Complaint, and that are imported, sold for importation, and/or sold after importation by Proposed Respondents Apt-Ability LLC (d/b/a MobileSentrix); Mobile Defenders, LLC; Injured Gadgets, LLC; Group Vertical, LLC; Electronics Universe, Inc. (d/b/a Fixez.com and Repairs Universe, Inc.); LCTech International Inc. (d/b/a SEGMobile.com); Sourcely Plus, LLC; eTech Parts Plus LLC; Parts4Cells Inc.; Wholesale Gadget Parts, Inc.; Captain Mobile Parts, Inc., DFW Imports LLC (d/b/a DFW Cellphone and Parts); Phone LCD Parts LLC (d/b/a Phone LCD Parts and Parts4LCD); Mengtor Inc.; and Gadgetfix Corp. (the “Accused Products”). In the alternative, Complainant seeks, as relief, a permanent limited exclusion order specifically directed to each named Proposed Respondent and its subsidiaries, predecessors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns, excluding from entry into the United States all infringing Accused
Products.

As you can see, the complaint specifically lists MobileSentrix, Mobile Defenders, Injured Gadgets, WGP and others.

They also request that a trial is NOT given, but that it should simply be so ordered.

NWIDA, Repair.org and USPIRG are now involved regarding a formal response and to seek to have the motion dismissed.

Here is the link to the filing.
