We’re starting to hear from numerous dealers about Samsung phones that are no longer working, nor can be activated on Cricket. These ARE VoLTE capable, so while it should NOT be due to the “older network/phones” shut-down, it certainly appears it may be related.
Models include (but are not limited to):
- S8
- S9
- Note 8
- Note 9 and
- Note 10
The error message include that Cricket claiming the IMEI is not compatible with their network.
