Peter Adderton Still Wants Boost

Peter Adderton - NWIDAPeter Adderton, Founder of Boost Mobile, still wants the US operations of Boost (he still runs Boost in Australia.)

Posting today on LinkedIn, Peter talks directly to Marcelo Claure, CEO of Softbank (Sprint’s parent organization):

I am serious Marcelo claure we will be happy to Bid for Boost mobile now ,we will pay more for Boost than Dish, we will commit to employee’s, dealer’s, investment behind the brand, we will honor the divesture conditions set out to ensure consumers win Marcelo Claure has a obligation to his other shareholders to get the best value from the sale of any asset’s now that merger agreement was not renewed by T-Mobile we are a serious credible buyer, my offer does not derail merger it enhances it, I believe borh the FCC and DOJ will support our bid.

With the merger still on hold, and the value of Boost potentially dropping while it’s in “limbo”, it will be interesting to see if Softbank listens.
