Effective October 1, T-Mobile is forcing Metro stores to have a minimum of 2 employees at all times. This will significantly increase costs at smaller stores, while larger stores will most likely see little to no impact.
This could be seen as a way to close down the smaller stores, as their labor costs will increase significantly, and may force some of the smaller stores to go from being profitable to losing money.
