The Sprint / T-Mobile merger inched a bit closer to reality when NY AG Leticia James said she would not appeal the recent lawsuit decision to allow the merger.
In a statement, Attorney General James said the decision to respect the court’s ruling was made after thorough analysis, and added attention would now turn to working to ensuring “consumers get the best pricing and service possible, that networks are built-out throughout our state and that good-paying jobs are created”.
