Apparently, the DoJ is preparing an antitrust case against Apple and may file it as soon as March – according to Bloomberg.
DOJ and Apple attorneys have met multiple times over a potential suit, citing people familiar with the matter. The case would focus on software and hardware limitations on iPhones and iPads that impede competitive services.
DOJ attorneys hope to file the suit within the first quarter, ending an investigation that started in 2019.
