Dish has started to build out its wireless executive team, hiring Marc Rouanne and Stephen Bye.
Rouanne, formerly of Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent will be the Chief Network Officer. Bye, who previously worked at C-Spire and Sprint, will be Chief Commercial Officer, leading network application development and commercialization.
They join Tom Cullen (EVP, Corporate Development), Jeff McSchooler (EVP, Wireless Operations) and Jeff Blum (SVP, Public Policy and Government Affairs.) All report to Charie Ergen, Dish’s Chairman.
