Some of our Metro by T-Mobile dealers have been in touch with us regarding the compensation and procedural changes that are scheduled to come about October 1.
We’ve written to Metro executives, including Jon Freier, and have heard back and began a dialog with them. We’re impressing upon them how these changes will impact the dealers business and their sales.
Many times dealers don’t want to contact the carrier directly, in fear of retribution. And, that’s one of the reasons NWIDA was founded – to be the single, strong voice of the dealer.
We are also in place to escalate this, including to other entities like the FTC.
We will keep you informed.
If you would like to contact us, please do. You can call our office at 919-694-3298 (919-NWIDA98) or email us at info@nwida.org
