Adam Wolf started in the wireless industry since 1987 when he began his career at Metro One, the “non-wireline” carrier in the New York market. He was the 45th employee and has witnessed the explosive growth of the wireless industry, from the days of knowing where each cell site is located, to today – where the US has over 100% market penetration.
Over the years, Adam has worked with various carriers, equipment providers, MVNOs, and local and national distributors, primarily in marketing. His experience also spans customer service, training, sales, and operations. He has always been focused on helping sales teams to succeed by avoiding "Sales Prevention" tactics, and as a seasoned marketing professional, he's committed to making the lives of sales teams easier and more efficient.
In 2017, Adam and three other industry veterans founded the National Wireless Independent Dealer Association (NWIDA) to “level the playing field” for independent wireless dealers. NWIDA is the only trade and advocacy group for the wireless shop and offers its members exclusive discounts and content while serving as a voice for the industry in relevant state, local, and national legislation.
NWIDA collaborates with other organizations to support laws like "Right to Repair" and communicates with numerous governors and Federal and State lawmakers to ensure the dealer's viewpoint is heard and understood.
As the President of the NWIDA, Adam has established himself as a thought leader in the industry. With over three decades of experience in the field, he has spoken at countless industry events, sharing his insights. Adam's passion for the industry and his ability to connect with his audience have earned him a reputation as a dynamic and inspiring speaker.
