Adam Wolf has been a driving force in the wireless industry since 1987, when he began his career at Metro One, the pioneering “non-wireline” carrier in the New York market. As the company’s 45th employee, Adam witnessed the wireless industry’s explosive growth firsthand—from the early days of knowing the location of every cell site to today’s landscape, where the U.S. boasts over 100% market penetration.
Throughout his career, Adam has worked with a diverse range of carriers, equipment providers, MVNOs, and both local and national distributors, with a primary focus on marketing. His expertise also extends to customer service, training, sales, and operations. Adam has always been dedicated to empowering sales teams by eliminating "Sales Prevention" tactics and streamlining processes to make their work more effective and efficient. As a seasoned marketing professional, he is committed to creating strategies that drive success.
In 2017, Adam co-founded the National Wireless Independent Dealer Association (NWIDA) alongside three other industry veterans. NWIDA was established to “level the playing field” for independent wireless dealers and remains the only trade and advocacy organization dedicated to supporting wireless retailers. The association provides its members with exclusive discounts, valuable content, and a unified voice in state, local, and national legislation.
Under Adam’s leadership as President, NWIDA has become a key advocate for the industry, collaborating with organizations to support initiatives like the "Right to Repair" movement. The association also works closely with governors, federal agencies, and state lawmakers to ensure the perspectives of independent dealers are heard and understood.
With over three decades of experience, Adam has solidified his reputation as a thought leader in the wireless industry.
