So, yes, we too have heard the rumors of the Tesla phone. And we have PROOF it exists.
But it’s not THAT Tesla phone.
See, there’s a company in Siberia, called… Tesla that already makes phones. See?
But they have nothing to do with Elon Musk’s company.
So, what’s this Tesla Pi phone everyone is talking about. 
Some websites claim they already have pictures of the phone!
Is it satellite only? Well, that won’t really work because satellite phones are line-of-site to the sky only. If you’re not outside with a clear shot of the sky (typically the Southern sky), it won’t work.
Unless… Elon makes a deal with a cable company and offers wifi calling inside buildings.
That makes it better, but better than a traditional MNO? We’re not convinced.
Will there be NO monthly bills? That’s an interesting concept, but it seems to me Tesla would be leaving money on the table. And that’s not really Elon’s MO.
For now, we wait and see. There is NO confirmation of an Elon Tesla phone – just plenty of rumours.
