PRESS RELEASE

epay - NWIDAepay joins the National Wireless Independent Dealer Association (NWIDA)

West Orange, NJ – The National Wireless Independent Dealer Association (NWIDA), a trade association for independent wireless dealers, announced today that epay North America, a division of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT) and a leading global distributor of electronic prepaid products and solutions, has joined its membership program.

In the US wireless market, epay is best known for its exclusive programs with Boost Mobile and T-Mobile Prepaid and, most recently, offering a full-service prepaid wireless dealer program with Verizon.

“Partnering with NWIDA is a logical extension of our distribution strategy, and beneficial to both organizations,” said Jay Cisinsky, Executive Vice President of epay. “As a member of NWIDA, we are eager to share our industry-leading programs with NWIDA’s wireless dealer members to help them grow their profits and footfall in their stores.”

Adam Wolf, President of NWIDA said:

“We’re thrilled to have epay as our first prepaid processor member given the high-value they deliver to our dealer members, especially their prepaid programs with Verizon and other mobile operators and MVNOs. It’s our goal to help the relationship between the dealers and the service providers grow – and grow stronger. We feel that working directly with epay will help take their businesses to the next level.”

Carriers and MVNOs can join by calling NWIDA at 919.694.3298 or visiting nwida.org/carrier-mvno-membership.
