The Treatmint program was recently reviewed by a Reddit poster who had this to say about the program:
“Just participated in Mint Mobile’s white glove support program called Treatmint. Totally rocks! Live human support seven days a week…Best tech support I have ever received from any carrier. Totally knowledgeable about carriers, devices, LTE bands, settings.”
Few other details are known at this time. It could be this program is added as an add-on service or perhaps a perk on their premium plans.
