Pennsylvania has joined 17 other states, and the District of Columbia, in the lawsuit to stop the T-Mobile/Sprint Merger.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro is the 18th attorney general to challenge the merger.
The U.S. Justice Department approved T-Mobile’s request to merge with Sprint in July. The FCC approved the deal in May.
